Informally supports and adheres to the appeal to be recognized by the CGIL's seniority to secure jobs. To date, only the teachers may have recognized the role of career advancement and the subsequent shooting paycheck. The European Court of Justice, however, acknowledged in a precarious English the right to equal treatment of fellow employees on permanent contracts.
